ECOD-FLEX CA314 is a high solvating Dibenzoate plasticizer.Its main component is DIETHYLENE GLYCOL DIBENZOATE.As a replacement for phthalate plasticizers recommended by the European Chemical Agency(ECHA),it has been used for many years in a wide variety of applications,including adhesives, caulks,etc..
As a good solvent with high boiling point,low VOC,mild odor and low residue odor after fabrics’ dying process,it also has been widely used as a replacement for Benzyl Benzoate in dyestuff carriers,leveling agents,repairing agents,etc..Furthermore,it is not listed as a sensitive fragrance.

Ecod-flex CA314 is insoluble in water, but soluble in organic solvents. It is a good high-temperature solvent and has good plasticizing properties. In the textile auxiliary industry, it is usually mixed and compounded with benzyl benzoate in a certain proportion, and is used for guiding Dyeing agent, leveling agent, repairing agent and other fields. The leveling effect of the compound mixture. The comprehensive performance of safety and environmental protection is basically the same as the currently used benzyl benzoate, but its freezing point is below zero, which is not easy to crystallize in winter and is used in cold weather. The convenience is better than benzyl benzoate, and the residual odor of the fabric after dyeing and finishing is much lower than that of benzyl benzoate.
